Professional Overview
We are dedicated to protecting human rights and have handled around 200 cases on pro bono basis to assist litigants who cannot afford counsel.
Access to justice is constitutional right guaranteed to all. We assist, as conduit, to citizens to ensure that such right is available to all. Our practice has a dedicated team to represent such underprivileged or wrongfully imprisoned to ensure that they are able to access constitutional rights guaranteed. We have successfully assisted more than 10 indicted individuals under Control of Narcotics Substances Act, 1997 and secured acquittal.
Our partners’ have been part of legal team who have represented victims of drone strike and enforced disappearances. Notably, our firm has recently filed PIL to seek injunction against mass cutting of trees in Islamabad. As a result, the Islamabad High Court has stopped the Federal Government from mass cutting of the trees, which is seriously stressing the environment.
