We work regularly with the SECP, CCP, and SBP, and have advised leading state-owned enterprises and multinational companies on their most sensitive governance and regulatory matters.

Key Work

·Advised and sought in principal approval from the relevant stakeholder for establishment of Non-Banking Finance Company on the instruction of Pakistan Engineering Council.

·Advised Oil and Gas Development Company Limited in matters related to corporate governance that included appointment of its CEO/MD.

·Advising and assisting in registration of association (Pakistan Oil Industry Association) that represents the oil marketing companies, oil refineries and pipeline companies with Directorate General of Trade Organisation.

·Represented leading Oil Marketing Company (GO/ARAMCO Pakistan) in matters related regulatory compliance before OGRA.
