A partner served as Adviser to the Chairman of the Pakistan Engineering Council for nearly a decade, gaining unparalleled institutional knowledge of the engineering and construction regulatory landscape in Pakistan.
Our firm has been honoured to provide valuable input in the drafting of the FIDIC based Standard Bidding Documents to Pakistan Engineering Council for large and small projects, which are currently being employed by all public sector organisations across the country.

·Represented Pakistan’s leading construction company specialised in high rising building on a project involving development of over 500,000 sqf in residential housing project.
·Advised a leading construction company in a project involving construction of Hilton Hotel in Nathia Gali.
·Advised Pakistan Engineering Council with respect to construction of its regional offices worth overall three billion rupees that involved dispute with the employer.
·Advised and represented Pakistan and Dubai based construction company for large scale projects funded by the Government and/or UAE Red Cross and UAE Government which included building of roads, large school infrastructure and installation of water treatment plants.
